Part 1: Terms of Service

Article 1 (Acceptance of Terms)

By downloading and using 'Anamor' (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Article 2 (Use of the App and Platform Requirements)

  1. Purpose of Service: The App is designed to visualize user ideas as 3D mind maps and analyze them via AI within the Apple Vision Pro (visionOS) environment.
  2. Restrictions on Use: The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, modification, or the creation of derivative works based on the App is strictly prohibited.
  3. Requirements: The App is optimized for visionOS 2.0 or later. Performance may vary depending on the device condition and data size.

Article 3 (Spatial Computing Safety and Interaction)

  1. Safety Responsibility: The App provides an immersive environment. Users are solely responsible for clearing obstacles from their surroundings before use. We are not liable for any physical injury or device damage that occurs during use (Assumption of Risk).
  2. Hand Tracking: Hand tracking technology is used for gesture recognition. This data is processed locally on the device in an ephemeral manner and is strictly not transmitted externally or stored on our servers.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property and Content Ownership)

  1. Our Assets: All text, graphics, logos, 3D rendering engine code, and software within the App are the property of the Developer.
  2. User Assets: Mind map nodes, text, links, and project data created by the user are the sole property of the user. We do not access or modify user content without consent.

Article 5 (In-App Purchases and Subscriptions - Compliance with Apple Guideline 3.1.2)

  1. Free Version: The App offers a free version as a basic service, allowing users to create up to 1 project and 50 nodes per project.
  2. PRO Subscription: Subscribing to PRO provides unlimited mind map creation, AI analysis, and real-time synchronization features.
  3. Auto-Renewal and Restoration: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can restore prior purchase history for free via the 'Restore Purchase' button when changing devices.
  4. Payment and Refunds: All payments are processed via Apple ID, and refund rights and procedures are subject to Apple's policies.

Article 6 (Disclaimer for AI Analysis Results - Professional Disclaimer)

  1. Nature of Information: Analysis and suggestions provided by the AI Agent are non-professional reference materials intended solely to assist in data organization.
